Alice has been advocating for entrepreneurs for nearly a decade, first as a litigator at Shoemaker, Ghiselli + Schwartz, then as a business lawyer at two premiere boutique firms before starting her own practice. She enjoys serving her clients not only in her capacity as legal counsel but as strategic advisor and confidante as well. Alice graduated from the University of Michigan Law School after earning her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. She loves live music, running, and her cat and dog.
